Basic Skin Care Tips for Would-be Brides...




Getting married this summer? Brides should start preparing for their big day at least in 3 months advance. Wedding preparations include not only venue or doing trousseau but to start with skin care and diet plan. You have to look pretty and radiant from within too. 

Basic Skin & Diet Care Plan

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday.Get at least 7-8 hours sleep every night.

Know your skin – oily, dry, normal or sensitive and follow a routine of cleansing and moisturizing.

Don’t forget to use sunscreen.

Exfoliate regularly, if you have an oily skin, do it 2-3 times a week and for dry skin, once a week.

Use a skin Lightning cream along with your moisturizer at night.

For hair, use a shampoo according to your hair type. Avoid blow drying much and don’t stay out in the sun for long.

For vegetarians, include tofu, soya and almonds in your diet.

Non-vegetarians can include fish and chicken in their diet.

Cut out on sugar, white flour, fried food and colas from your diet.

Start taking supplements for iron, vitamin A, E and C.

In addition with these skin care tips, try some stress management techniques like Yoga and Meditation to calm your inner self from pre wedding jitters. Do some exercises and eat a well balanced diet to give an inner as well as outer glow.
